About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day processes and workflow of the account, including internal team meetings, task delegation, status reports, and account-wide job status
- Own and manage client projects, ensuring delivery to high standards within budget and agreed timeframes
- Communicate project progress to the account lead, identify barriers, and recommend solutions
- Understand client business priorities, program strategy, and competitor activity
- Maintain understanding of account finances and support the account lead with financial management
- Engage in continued professional development and identify training opportunities with the manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritized tasks
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule and on budget
- Independent thinker able to take ownership of assets and material development
- Strong collaboration and client service orientation
- Confidence communicating with managers about missed or foreseeable deadlines
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing, and evolving environment
- Strong work ethic and track record of following through on client requests
