Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of talent acquisition experience
prior recruiting experience within a PR agency environment
demonstrated success recruiting across Integrated Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Patient Advocacy, Social & Digital Communications, or related disciplines
experience partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders
strong knowledge of the healthcare communications agency landscape
exceptional organizational and project management skills
excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
proficiency with recruiting technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
availability to support the business in a full-time contract capacity
