About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees note taking during meetings/calls (internal and client-facing); sends prompt recaps to all appropriate parties
Coordinates the resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans
Follows and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's milestone delivery(s)
Works in close partnership with Project Manager (PM) to ensure the smooth production process of all scopes of work
Collaborates with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations
Serves as the day-to-day client contact on select projects
Writes/populates the proposals/SOWs in response to client inquiries for new business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Problem solver, collaborator, confident, and organized
Detail-oriented and can effectively multi-task between various ongoing projects
Maintains professional manner in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Familiarity with animated media/motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology (i.e., VR/AR, etc.) is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is highly desirable
Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable
