About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary functional owner of Workday Benefits for the U.S. employee population.
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, rates.
  • Lead the annual Open Enrollment process end-to-end.
  • Partner closely with Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors to implement plan changes.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Matrix Reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience
  • 2–5 years of hands-on functional Workday experience
  • 3–5 years supporting other HCM platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, and Security
