Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director
Note taking during meetings/calls; sends prompt recaps
Requests/collects and files resources needed for project scopes
Follows and implements client’s SOPs into agency's milestone delivery
Learns project deadlines to support the team
Supports PM to collect/track internal and external feedback
Drives the creation of billable job codes
Shadows and assists Account Lead in monthly revenue recognition meetings
Collaborates with team members to succeed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross functional relationships
Takes the initiative in seeking training on company processes/procedures
Works collaboratively as part of a team
