Define and lead enterprise-level strategies that advance client objectives and position the organization as a market leader
Serve as a primary strategic partner to senior client stakeholders
Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics into strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, agency leadership, or pharmaceutical/biotech industries
Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, including ownership of $5M–$10M+ in annual revenue
Expertise in peer-to-peer education, omnichannel strategy, and regulatory compliance within healthcare
Demonstrated success building and scaling accounts with strong expansion potential
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Moderate overnight/weekend travel (up to 30%)
