About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees note taking during meetings/calls and sends prompt recaps to all appropriate parties
Coordinates the resources needed to service project scopes by developing/owning strategic operational plans
Follows and implements each client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Works in close partnership with Project Manager to ensure smooth production process
May review timelines created by PM to ensure dates align to client SOP and needs
Collaborates with PM to meet client submission deadlines and expectations
May serve as the day-to-day client contact on select projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with animated media/motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology (i.e., VR/AR, etc.) is highly desirable
