About the role

  • Leading the measurement and analysis of marketing performance across integrated digital ecosystems
  • Execute and oversee ongoing and ad-hoc analyses, working directly with data to validate results and generate meaningful insights
  • Partner closely with internal teams and mentoring junior resources
  • Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on clarity, rigor, and strategic impact
  • Contribute to measurement strategy across assigned accounts, translating business objectives into clear KPIs, methodologies, and analytical approaches
  • Design and evolve cross channel measurement frameworks spanning media, site, CRM, and healthcare specific data sources
  • Execute and oversee advanced analyses (ongoing and ad-hoc), identifying performance drivers, trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Ensure insights move beyond reporting to provide clear implications and recommendations for client activation and planning teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders, including senior and executive level audiences

Requirements

  • Deep experience in digital marketing analytics, including paid media, search, social, site analytics, and CRM data
  • Strong background in cross channel measurement and analytical insight generation
  • Experience developing and operationalizing KPI frameworks and measurement programs
  • Healthcare / pharma analytics experience strongly preferred (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy, HCP data, Veeva)
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data exploration, validation, and analysis
  • Comfort working with large, complex datasets and multiple data schemas
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, transformations, and analytics QA concepts
  • Able to complete basic BI development (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience working alongside data engineering or advanced analytics teams
  • Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, executive ready insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across disciplines
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in evolving environments
