About the role

  • Build and lead financial communications practice
  • Serve as a primary advisor to CEOs, CFOs, General Counsel, and Boards
  • Drive new business and deepen client relationships
  • Lead teams through complex, high-stakes situations
  • Develop integrated communications strategies around IR Advisory, M&A, IPOs, etc.
  • Lead communications workstreams for event-driven situations
  • Develop key materials (press releases, investor decks, etc.)

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or related fields
  • Proven track record on complex, high-stakes situations (M&A, IPOs, shareholder activism, restructurings, etc.)
  • Experience in a leading strategic communications/PR firm strongly preferred
  • Experience working with healthcare clients is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD) a plus but not required
  • Understanding of US regulatory and disclosure frameworks
