About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evolve the Education stream beyond brand awareness into a sustainable revenue-generating direction;
- Strengthen existing initiatives (partnerships with universities, educators, and students) across key regions (North American, Europe, Latin America, Australia);
- Launch and grow new directions, such as partnerships with educational courses, career-focused initiatives, and other expansion opportunities;
- Plan and execute initiatives focused on student acquisition and engagement, including educational discounts, workshops, and optimization of the education flow;
- Combine partnership management, program production, and strong project management capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, program management, or project management within edtech, creative-tech, or SaaS environments;
- Ability to align education initiatives with business objectives and commercial impact;
- Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on execution skills;
- Experience leading multiple workstreams, from identifying opportunities to overseeing quality delivery;
- Effective communication skills, strong relationship-building skills, and cross-functional team management skills;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
