Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial and business advice to the CFOO and various budget leaders
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Manage a team to maximize student outcomes through efficient allocation of financial resources
Prepare monthly reporting of financial performance and variance analysis
Lead annual budgeting process and monthly forecast process
Collaborate with budget owners, development teams, and the regional operations team on cash flow forecasts

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of relevant job experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
3+ years of people management and leadership experience in the finance sector
Experience managing a team within a finance department
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
At least an intermediate experience level in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of financial planning software (e.g. Adaptive, Hyperion, Cognos) strongly preferred
Ability to prove eligibility to work legally in the U.S. and that you are at least 18 years of age
