About the role

  • Business and technical consulting for banks, payment service providers, financial institutions, corporates, and public authorities on all questions related to payments
  • Project work: business analysis and requirements engineering in both traditional and agile projects, functional and IT design, functional quality assurance, and project management
  • Process management: process analysis, modeling, optimization, and automation
  • Innovation: building and further developing the service portfolio (Blockchain, Digital Money & CBDC, IoT, AI, etc.)
  • Dynamic and collaborative team: regular team events, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, distributed leadership, and professional topic development within our Payments community

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, (business) computer science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification with subsequent professional experience
  • Experience in payments with knowledge of, for example, ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT, T2, Open Banking, card payments, or cryptocurrencies
  • Experience in project work as a consultant, business analyst, requirements engineer, or project manager
  • IT affinity, analytical skills, and a conceptual, structured way of working; thought leadership
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, and business-fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
