About the role
- As an expert in Finance & Controlling, you will be directly involved in building a leading CleanTech company.
- You will work closely with the founders and establish the financial structures for our growing energy projects – from business cases to operational billing processes.
- You will take responsibility for building the systems and will also implement many topics operationally yourself.
- Your responsibilities include: Accounting & Billing, Finance & Controlling, Investor & Startup Finance, Structures & Processes, Contracts & Project Financing.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2–4 years of professional experience in a commercial role, ideally in a project-oriented company (startups, consulting, construction, energy, etc.)
- Confident user of Excel/Sheets
- Structured and highly independent working style
- Very good German skills, good English skills.
