Key responsibilities & impact

Full litigation responsibilities including review of correspondence
Review of files to determine whether they are suit appropriate
Review of answers, preparation of discovery, and preparation of dispositive motions
All aspects of conducting trial and appearing for hearings
Knowledgeable in post judgment remedies including attachment and garnishment
Familiar with state and federal consumer laws
Manage high-volume docket of civil litigation cases in the area of debt-collection through all phases of litigation from commencement through post-judgment actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

A law degree
Bar admission in Oklahoma
2 to 4 years of experience as a general litigation attorney (preferred)
Experience in creditor’s rights litigation (preferred)
Experience in appellate court and/or Federal Court (preferred)
