About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate detailed design and execution studies in railway signalling
  • Ensure technical, functional and regulatory compliance of implemented solutions
  • Organize and lead technical and constructability reviews
  • Prepare and manage work/construction phases, ensuring compliance with railway safety regulations
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Monitor progress of works, control costs and analyze variances
  • Plan and oversee validation and qualification testing
  • Organize handover of installations to maintenance and capture lessons learned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold at least a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in railway engineering, systems, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent
  • You have proven experience in detailed design and/or delivery of railway projects, ideally in signalling or safety systems
  • You also have strong skills in technical leadership, stakeholder coordination and project management
  • You are recognized for: your technical rigor and safety culture; your ability to manage complex, multi-interface topics; your operational leadership and organizational skills; your decisiveness and ability to propose practical solutions
