About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting the team, you will act in AMOA (Project Management Support / Assistance to the Project Owner) to structure and monitor cleaning contracts aimed at improving the cleanliness of passenger areas (stations) and staff-only areas, while integrating environmental considerations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress of contracts (schedule, milestones, risks, opportunities) in liaison with stakeholders (line operators, service providers, support functions).
  • Contribute to governance meetings with operators (agenda, materials, minutes, follow-up of action plans).
  • Participate in operational field coordination (site visits, meetings with operators) and report needs/points of friction.
  • Collect and formalize requirements from operators and stakeholders.
  • Improve needs-analysis methodology: criteria, evaluation grids, validation processes, traceability.
  • Contribute to drafting AMOA deliverables: scoping notes, statements of requirements, functional specifications, action sheets.
  • Participate in monitoring service quality and lessons learned (REX) to inform future improvements.
  • Build and validate cleanliness performance indicators.
  • Use field data (inspections, audits, passenger feedback).
  • Produce dynamic, automated dashboards.
  • Identify improvement levers based on data.
  • Support the performance management of service providers.
  • Contribute to managing interfaces between internal stakeholders (operations, maintenance, cleaning and fire safety).
  • Propose innovations and work with the lead for technological and/or environmental experiments (preparation, monitoring, measurement of effects, lessons learned).
  • Factor in customer experience improvements (cleanliness of passenger areas) and environmental performance (waste management, water-use efficiency, etc.) when analyzing solutions.
  • Lead or contribute to experiments (e.g., new cleaning methods, new products).
  • Measure impacts on passenger perception.
  • Produce structured lessons learned (before/after).
  • Integrate environmental considerations (water, waste, products).
  • As you develop your skills, you may also be asked to manage a small project end-to-end (scoping, schedule, coordination, deliverables, lessons learned), with the support of your tutor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree level: Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+4/Bac+5) or engineering cycle.
  • Preferred training: engineering school or Master’s (project management, environmental management, customer experience, or equivalent field).
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals (scoping, scheduling, risk management, performance-driven monitoring).
  • Ability to produce clear reporting: dashboards, KPIs, summaries.
  • Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables) / PowerPoint / Power BI / data visualization.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, with strong written communication.
  • Autonomy, rigor, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to propose improvements.
  • Initiative.
  • Awareness of environmental issues.
  • Awareness of customer experience improvement challenges.
  • Knowledge of the Île-de-France (Paris region) transport network.
