About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Liaising and negotiating with occupants of the RATP estate, neighboring residents and local authorities
  • Drafting administrative documents and contracts
  • Reviewing notarial deeds and legal documents
  • Legal analysis of contractual arrangements and plans
  • Acting as an internal and external point of contact for the project owner (maîtrise d’ouvrage) and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Public Law
  • Knowledge and practical experience in public law
  • Knowledge and practical experience in real estate and urban planning law
  • Knowledge and practical experience of the Transport Code and the General Code on the Property of Public Entities (CG3P)
  • Knowledge and practical experience with mechanisms for the separation of property rights (démembrement de propriété)
