About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support PMO governance: update and quality-check the project repository
Contribute to project monitoring: consolidate indicators and prepare presentation materials
Participate in providing methodological support to project sponsors and project managers
Maintain and update internal project tools
Prepare and help facilitate cross-functional initiatives
Internal communication & promotion of activities: update and manage communications for the MSP unit
Produce training materials and various supporting documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, business/management or communications (or equivalent)
Interest in project governance and portfolio management
Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to process, structure and ensure the reliability of data
Strong writing skills and a good sense of communication
Rigour and attention to detail
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive, able to work increasingly autonomously, and well organized
Team player with energy and a positive attitude
