About the role
- Build and own Ratepay’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a coherent external TA offering
- Own and drive data-informed recruiting practices
- Drive sourcing strategy
- Ensure consistency and quality across all candidate touchpoints
- Contribute to onboarding and probation follow-ups
- Continuously iterate on tools, processes, and systems for scalable hiring
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record leading hiring projects in tech, fintech, or e-commerce companies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding
- Data-driven mindset
- Fluency in MS Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with ATS, ideally Personio
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
