About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial insight and guidance to ownership and executive leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Oversee accounting functions, financial reporting, and consolidations across entities
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and capital structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong background in construction or project-based financials (WIP, job costing, forecasting)
- Experience in multi-entity or complex organizational structures
- Proven ability to lead teams and partner effectively with operations
- Strong business judgment and communication skills
- CPA | MBA preferred
