Product Designer

• Mid-level User Experience (UX) Researcher creating innovative products that deliver lasting value to young people and educators worldwide
• Plan, design, and conduct both formative and evaluative research, engaging directly with educators and young people
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure research informs product design and development decisions
• Plan and conduct qualitative moderated interviews, unmoderated research, desk research, and quantitative data analysis (site analytics)
• Contribute to creation and ongoing development of user personas and archetypes
• Advocate for a user-centred approach and share evidence and insight throughout the design process
• Clearly communicate research findings via reports, presentations, and practical examples
• Share knowledge and promote best practice in user experience research across the Digital Products team
• Agile, collaborative digital team based in Cambridge and working remotely across the UK; tools include Figma, monday.com, and Slack
• Raspberry Pi Foundation: independent charity enabling young people to realise their potential through computing and digital technologies
