About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, monitor, and close technology projects.
Create and track schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Manage project budgets, costs, and resources.
Define scope, priorities, and action plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and that project objectives are achieved.
Lead follow-up, planning, and status report meetings.
Manage scope changes and demand prioritization.
Lead cross-functional development teams.
Monitor team performance through continuous feedback and evaluations.
Support and foster the technical and professional growth of team members.
Manage conflicts and encourage a collaborative environment.
Promote a culture of accountability, commitment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in managing technology projects.
Previous experience as a Software Developer or Tech Lead.
Experience leading technical teams.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial control.
Experience leading end-to-end software development projects.
Experience working in high-complexity environments with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with agile transformation.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and process automation.
Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
