About the role
- Map and understand business processes through interviews, observations, and document analysis, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
- Propose technological and automation solutions, assessing the impact, feasibility, and return on initiatives.
- Apply an AI-driven perspective to identify opportunities for machine learning, cognitive automation, natural language processing (NLP), AI-enhanced RPA, and other AI uses.
- Design future (to-be) process flows based on best practices in productivity, automation, and digitization.
- Conduct data analyses and monitor operational metrics to support improvement proposals and measure results.
- Collaborate with IT and innovation teams on prioritization, technical design, and solution implementation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation within business areas.
- Prepare executive reports and presentations with insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of automation and integration tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
- Understanding of generative and predictive AI concepts applied to business.
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to translate between technical and business language.
- Analytical and systems thinking.
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
