About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You manage Shopify projects and work daily in the backend.
You build collections, organize shop structure, implement features, and think logically.
You maintain close communication with our clients and conduct conversations in German and English.
You coordinate developers when things get technical.
At the same time, you think beyond the immediate scope.
We support our clients not only with their shop but also with processes, structure, and strategic topics.
You should be eager to contribute ideas and understand how things are connected.
And very importantly: you support the team wherever help is needed. We work together, not alongside each other. This is not a pure coordination role — you execute tasks yourself.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical Shopify experience, not just theoretical knowledge
Understanding of shop logic and e-commerce processes
Confidence in client-facing situations
Good English
Ability to work independently without constant briefings
Ability to stay organized even under fast-paced conditions
You don't have to be a developer, but you should be technically proficient enough to implement tasks independently.
