About the role

  • Drive revenue for Ranger, owning opportunities throughout their lifecycle
  • Identify top-of-funnel prospects for Ranger, gaining a deep understanding of their needs around QA automation
  • Conduct intro calls and product demos with prospects
  • Be primary point of contact for leads, ensuring clear next steps are established with prospects
  • Become an expert in Ranger’s product and problem space
  • Communicate with operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding experience
  • Contribute to the next iteration of the Ranger sales process
  • Collaborate with team to update and improve sales materials

Requirements

  • High performer as a BDR/SDR or AE where you have consistently over achieved quota in a SaaS sales cycle
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Fearlessness to cold call
  • Experience selling developer tools + services is a plus
  • Ability to discuss Ranger’s value proposition with Founders, executive-level leaders, and engineering team decision makers
  • Consultative sales approach and comfort speaking with technical buyers
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • High adaptability and willingness to evolve approach in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely capable with modern technology and finding ways to leverage AI in every day workflows
