Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consultative support to clients, both on-site and remotely
Gather requirements and propose improvements to business processes
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of SAP Business One solutions
Perform ERP customizations and configurations
Load data using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW)
Develop and refine Queries and Crystal Reports
Monitor and report daily progress on assigned requests.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Experience with SAP Business One
Knowledge of requirements gathering and project documentation
Experience with add-ons (Fiscal/Tax, Banking, and XML Importer)
Knowledge of Crystal Reports and query creation
SAP Business One version 10 certification is a plus
Basic English or Spanish.
