About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in Railway's developer experience

Requirements

  • Proficient in designing, illustrating, iterating, and prototyping in Figma
  • Familiar with new tools (Blender, Spline, Rive, shaders, etc.)
  • Ability to balance trade-offs while implementing features on time
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
