About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a crucial role in project delivery, driving efficiency and enhancing performance

- Adhere to Railpen's Change Management approach throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience delivering regulatory and risk-related change
- Experience within a financial services environment
- Familiarity with strong controls, auditability, and evidence-based governance
- Exceptional project management and planning skills
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Capability to build and maintain relationships with senior and ExCo-level leaders
- Strong relationship management with internal and external customers
- Credible communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Experience leading or implementing Investment Book of Record, Charles River, Middle Office or “Front to Back” change and implementation
