About the role
- Independent responsibilities within the bank-wide risk controlling function
- Support the team in the ongoing implementation of the ICAAP process
- Preparation and continuous improvement of regular risk reports
- Monitoring of risk-bearing capacity, including limit management
- Analysis of credit risk evaluations
- Performing simulations and stress tests
- Technical point of contact for the IT applications in use
- Participation in nationwide working groups on ICAAP topics
- Preparation of presentation materials for various committees
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field of study
- Interest in analytical work and strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office); knowledge of SAS and Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of banking operations with relevant professional experience
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility, resilience, and willingness to take responsibility
