Key responsibilities & impact

Interview staff and conduct workflow discovery sessions to understand current business processes, inputs, and desired outputs before designing any AI solution
Design, build, test, verify, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agent instructions using platforms such as Rafio, Claude, and related tools
Break large, complex workflow challenges into manageable, testable components then integrate them into a cohesive solution
Iterate persistently on prompts, agent configurations, and workflows until outputs meet the standard staff need
Use AI tools to debug AI tools, diagnosing why a workflow or agent is not performing and knowing how to fix it
Identify and document bugs and integration issues, and collaborate with platform and technology teams to resolve them
Develop workflow instructions and documentation that support staff in using AI tools proficiently
Collaborate with a manager on prioritization and with cross-functional colleagues on requirements gathering
Contribute to the firm's evolving AI governance practices and help shape how AI is responsibly deployed at Raftelis
