Auditor

• Conduct thorough audits of residential real estate contracts and transactions in accordance with company policies and relevant state laws, with a primary focus on Texas, Florida, and California.
• Review and analyze real estate contracts, agreements, and associated documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to resolve discrepancies and address audit findings.
• Maintain comprehensive records of audit results, track issues, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations in the specified regions and ensure company processes align with legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of audit protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in training and mentoring junior audit support staff to ensure consistent and accurate auditing processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with external auditors or regulatory bodies as needed.
