About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead end-to-end implementation of Radiant Logic products within large, complex enterprise environments
driving customer time-to-value and adoption
Engagements begin with analysis of the customer's existing identity infrastructure and culminate in a validated solution design and deployment plan
install and configure RadiantOne across development, testing, and production environments
integrate backend data sources and confirm that consuming applications meet functionality and performance expectations before migrating configurations forward
track progress, attend project status meetings, and deliver architecture and solution design documentation
replicate customer environments in lab settings to reproduce and root-cause issues, debug Java-based interception scripts, and develop custom automation tooling
stay current on the RadiantOne platform by proactively installing and validating new releases, contributing field experience to internal best practices and team enablement on an ongoing basis

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in identity and access management, enterprise software implementation, or a related technical delivery role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
Solid understanding of enterprise security and network management
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the RadiantOne platform and product suite
US Citizenship is required
