About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end implementation of Radiant Logic products within large, complex enterprise environments, driving customer time-to-value and adoption
Engage with customers to analyze existing identity infrastructure and create deployment plans
Install and configure RadiantOne across various environments
Track project progress, attend status meetings, and deliver documentation for knowledge transfer
Replicate customer environments and debug issues within RadiantOne deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in identity and access management, enterprise software implementation, or a related technical delivery role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
Solid understanding of enterprise security and network management
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the RadiantOne platform and product suite
US Citizenship is required
