About the role
- Develop and implement strategic benefit plans tailored to client needs
- Lead annual pension governance and review group risk and PMI schemes
- Organise and run employee and executive 1:1 sessions for advice and guidance
- Collaborate with advisor teams to identify new opportunities within the portfolio
- Grow your existing client portfolio through proactive relationship management
- Convert new leads into long-term corporate and individual clients
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Ensure all activity meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
- Maintain accurate client agreements and documentation
- Keep detailed records in the CRM system
Requirements
- Strong understanding of DC pensions, group risk, and PMI (training provided if needed)
- Familiarity with auto-enrolment legislation and wellbeing strategies
- Experience with digital benefits platforms and HR tech solutions
- Level 4 Diploma, RDR Qualified (highly desirable)
- Experience managing a corporate benefits portfolio
- Training in group risk, healthcare, and pensions will be provided
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenter and negotiator
- High integrity and professionalism
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
