BPL Diligence Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform BPL diligence activities for accurate and timely product delivery
- Review and analyze loan files and diligence outputs for completeness and compliance
- Monitor personal workload and production metrics, escalating risks as needed
- Collaborate with peers and leadership for workflow execution and issue resolution
- Identify process gaps and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of prior residential mortgage-related experience (origination underwriting/processing, or secondary market due diligence)
- Strong familiarity with Lender guidelines
- Knowledge of standard mortgage documents and critical data points
- Experience with origination LOS and/or due diligence systems
- Proficiency in basic income and asset calculations and credit report analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
