About the role

  • Define and execute enterprise-wide customer and growth strategy
  • Serve as key architect of business strategy and contribute to corporate planning
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with executive leaders
  • Provide executive leadership over the national Sales and Customer Experience organizations
  • Lead large-scale customer experience and sales transformation efforts
  • Champion automation, digitization, and scalable operating models
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Oversee annual budgets and business plans
  • Ensure Sales team maintains skills and competencies for professional growth
  • Support strategic business initiatives to drive operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 15 years of prior work-related experience
  • 15+ years proven success leading enterprise growth strategies with P&L responsibility
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to coach and develop team members
  • Deep understanding of pricing, commercial terms, risk, and capital considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative approaches and new or improved solutions to business challenges
  • Strong analytic and time-management capabilities
  • Experience leading strategic and complex initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills with aptitude for numbers and meeting budget objectives
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, executive presence, and decision-making capabilities
