About the role
- Define and execute enterprise-wide customer and growth strategy
- Serve as key architect of business strategy and contribute to corporate planning
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with executive leaders
- Provide executive leadership over the national Sales and Customer Experience organizations
- Lead large-scale customer experience and sales transformation efforts
- Champion automation, digitization, and scalable operating models
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee annual budgets and business plans
- Ensure Sales team maintains skills and competencies for professional growth
- Support strategic business initiatives to drive operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 15 years of prior work-related experience
- 15+ years proven success leading enterprise growth strategies with P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to coach and develop team members
- Deep understanding of pricing, commercial terms, risk, and capital considerations
- Demonstrated ability to generate innovative approaches and new or improved solutions to business challenges
- Strong analytic and time-management capabilities
- Experience leading strategic and complex initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills with aptitude for numbers and meeting budget objectives
- Exceptional strategic thinking, executive presence, and decision-making capabilities
