About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of a store portfolio within their region
communicate with external partners and stakeholders for alignment on tasks and timelines
collaborate with the Deployment Lead and Operations teams for efficient store completion
provide input and feedback on deployment procedures to improve workflows
perform quality checks on installations, both remotely and in-person
keep detailed records of any issues encountered and track them through resolution
ensure all deployment activities closely follow established procedures
participate in training sessions to deepen understanding of RADAR technology
continuously develop technical skills through hands-on experience and training
assist in training new Deployment Associates and other team members
adhere to all safety standards and protocols during installations
report any safety incidents or compliance issues to the Deployment Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need

some experience in technology deployment or a related field, preferably within retail environments
basic understanding of hardware installations and technical troubleshooting
strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
able to work well in a team and follow directions from senior team members
good communication skills, both verbal and written
willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
previous experience with RFID technology (preferred)
willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays, as needed (preferred)
