About the role
- Providing exceptional service to our community
- Assisting new or existing RACV members with enquiries
- Providing assistance over the phone and face to face instore
- Assisting with inbound home & motor insurance calls
Requirements
- Face to face customer service experience
- Over the phone customer service experience
- Prior experience achieving sales targets & KPI’s is highly regarded but not essential
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed
- Proficient in navigating through multiple systems
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to providing a positive member experience
