About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing exceptional service to our community

Requirements
What you’ll need- Face to face customer service experience
- Over the phone customer service experience
- Prior experience achieving sales targets & KPI’s is highly regarded but not essential
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed
- Proficient in navigating through multiple systems
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to providing a positive member experience
