Product Marketing Intern, LatAm
R2 CompaniesProduct Marketing Intern supporting merchant outreach efforts and AI optimization for a fintech startup focused on SMBs in Latin America. Engaging in marketing campaigns, reporting, and data analysis.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and optimize AI-powered channels by reviewing conversations, testing prompts, identifying friction points, and generating recommendations to improve performance and conversion.
- Conduct merchant outreach, including sales calls and customer interviews, to drive offer conversion, understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and AI-driven channels, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
- Assist in creating marketing assets, presentations, business reviews, and partner-facing materials while helping maintain documentation, processes, and process tracking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curious about AI, automation, growth, product marketing, and fintech.
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools (Nice to Have).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io or similar (Nice to Have).
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or presentation design (Nice to Have).
