About the role
- Lead and manage the finance team in close collaboration with the Director.
- Coordinate activities and ensure achievement of set objectives.
- Supervise and control budget execution (expenditures, revenues) and oversee implementation of public procurement contracts.
- Provide technical expertise to support teams and improve service performance.
- Optimize and secure internal procedures, particularly those related to treasury, to ensure reliable budget execution.
- Serve as liaison across hierarchical levels and facilitate information flow.
- Represent the Régie des Eaux du Pays d’Aix with institutions and external partners.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of public accounting rules
- Knowledge of the legal and financial framework for public procurement and contract execution (works, supplies and services)
- Proven management skills
- Knowledge of public accounting classifications, notably M49
- Familiarity with the ASTRE software
- Familiarity with DGFIP applications (HELIOS/CHORUS)
- Basic understanding of law: notarial law, personal law, corporate law, etc.
