About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You create creative, engaging email designs using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools, from initial concept to finished templates.
- You independently develop design systems and templates.
- You actively use AI tools—such as current image-generation models and Claude—as an integral part of your workflow for ideation and production.
- You contribute your own ideas, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- You understand target audiences and choose the right visual language for different online shops and industries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You work quickly and efficiently.
- You are results- and speed-driven; you understand the real impact of output and tempo.
- You have hands-on experience using AI tools and know how to work with them effectively.
- You are proactive and want to drive things forward.
- You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Figma skills are a plus.
- You communicate clearly and accurately in German and work independently through to final delivery.
