About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 3rd-level support for the global Windows server infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Handle server deployment, updates, monitoring, and alerting solutions
- Manage backup and recovery operations using Veeam
- Support approximately 650 users within the IT team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical education and solid experience with Windows client and server systems
- Excellent knowledge of M365 and Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Strong experience with Active Directory and network infrastructure
- Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, MS SQL, or SharePoint is a plus
- Analytical approach and good English language skills
