About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide 3rd-level support for the global Windows server infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical education and solid experience with Windows client and server systems
  • Excellent knowledge of M365 and Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Strong experience with Active Directory and network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, MS SQL, or SharePoint is a plus
  • Analytical approach and good English language skills
