About the role
- Lead the test team and communicate with all stakeholders.
- Plan and manage test activities; develop test concepts and strategies.
- Report test metrics and manage test cases.
- Provide hands-on support to testers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of common test management tools.
- Technical education (IT apprenticeship, HTL/technical college, FH/university) and at least 3 years of experience in software test management.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Very good German language skills.
