Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to support business objectives.
Analyse complex data sets related to sales performance, operational efficiency, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to understand their data requirements and deliver insightful analytical solutions.
Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and present findings to senior management.
Manage and improve data quality, integrity, and accuracy within company systems.
Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse for analysis.
Develop and implement standardised reporting processes to ensure consistency and reliability of information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Excellent SQL skills for complex querying, data extraction, and manipulation.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, concise reports and dashboards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a non-technical audience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the landscaping, construction, or a related service-based industry is advantageous.
Familiarity with data warehousing principles and ETL processes is highly desirable.
