About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A high degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
