Virtual Administrative Assistant
QureosVirtual Administrative Assistant supporting PurePM's property management team with various administrative tasks. This fully remote role requires strong organisational skills and experience in administration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing and organising schedules, appointments, and calendars for the team.
- Handling incoming email correspondence and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Performing accurate data entry and maintaining company databases, including tenant and property records.
- Assisting with the coordination of maintenance requests and communication between residents and contractors.
- Organising digital files and ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible.
- Providing general administrative support as required to contribute to the team's success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in property management or the real estate sector is advantageous but not essential.
