- Contribute to long-term goals and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a high-volume distribution center
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must reside in California
- Must work onsite daily at the Ontario, California Fulfillment location
- Availability for 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM PDT
