About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation and standards
Promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter
Ensure the team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences
Manage company programs, increase sales, and set the store to exceed expectations
Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and inventory replenishment
Serve as sales supervisor and oversee daily activities to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness
Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on store-team observations
Report to the Store Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution
Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems
Additional physical requirements may be required, i.e. climbing ladders
