About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, throughout the shift
Support picking, stowing, shuttling, loading, unloading, and other PIT-related work
Use stationary PCs or handheld scanner devices while operating PIT equipment
Operate stock pickers or turret trucks at heights of 60–80 feet using safety equipment
Perform responsibilities across departments, including unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
Help ensure customers’ orders are handled properly
Meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years old
Able to work full shifts, overtime, and stand/walk for 10–12 hours
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
Willing to push, pull, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and reach throughout the shift
Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine and up to 80 feet using PIT equipment with a safety harness
Willing to be trained and operate various powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and stock pickers
Committed to meeting safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards
Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a positive, professional attitude
Experience is welcome but not necessary
Must work onsite daily in Bethlehem, PA
