About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- prepare and test products for QVC's broadcast and web output, ensuring all production requirements are met
- collect, account for and return all product samples following on-air presentation, re-boxing and relocating items as required
- identify and resolve product and inventory discrepancies, ensuring all on-air items match their inventory descriptions
- provide product information and practical support to studio floor teams, presenters and guest talent
- communicate effectively with buyers and vendors to ensure products are available and ready in time for scheduled broadcasts
Requirements
What you’ll need- experience in a warehouse, product preparation, studio support or inventory-based role
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality presentation standards
- clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to support presenters and production teams
- a reliable, proactive and accountable approach to work in a fast-paced environment
- a strong understanding of, and commitment to, Health, Safety and security procedures
